We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Youth4Youth Leadership Conferences to the West Valley for the first time in nearly five years! This Fall, 150 motivated middle and high school student leaders from 10 Buckeye schools gathered for 4 transformative conferences, united by a shared vision of making their schools a better place.

Throughout this immersive experience, students honed valuable skills in public speaking, goal setting, and building self-confidence, empowering them to create real change in their communities. Working together, each team identified key issues impacting their peers—such as substance use, bullying, social media pressures, and disrespect—and shared their unique insights and experiences.
As they continue through the school year, these young leaders will collaborate on impactful, solution-based peer-to-peer messages to bring positive change and awareness to their campuses, fostering a more supportive and respectful school environment for all.
